Terms of Service

Engagement

Every engagement is governed by a signed statement of work. These site terms apply to informational use of the site and to inquiry submissions. They do not replace a signed SOW.

Intellectual property

On final payment, all deliverables specific to your engagement — code, designs, creative, copy, ad-account structures — transfer to you. We retain the right to describe the engagement at a high level in our own case-study materials unless you request otherwise.

Confidentiality

We hold your business information in confidence. We will not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the engagement (e.g. hosting providers, ad platforms) or by law.

Warranties and liability

We deliver work to a professional standard. We do not warrant specific commercial outcomes (traffic, conversion, revenue) beyond what a signed SOW explicitly guarantees. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the six months preceding a claim.

Jurisdiction

Subject to laws applicable to webxdevelopers' registered entity. Final jurisdiction confirmed in each SOW.
