Form submissions. Name, email, company, site URL, project details, consent timestamp, and the referring UTM parameters.
Request metadata. IP address, user agent, referrer — for security, abuse prevention, and fraud detection.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies. Analytics (Plausible) is cookieless, privacy-friendly, and collects no personal data.

How long we keep it

Raw IP address: 30 days, then nulled.
Hashed IP (SHA-256 with an application secret, non-reversible): 365 days, for abuse / security records only.
User agent: 365 days.
Project inquiries: 24 months, then PII nullified.
Growth Review requests: 12 months, then PII nullified.

Anonymisation is enforced daily by an automated command (leads:anonymise). Each run is logged.

Follow-up communication

Submitting a form gives us consent to respond regarding the specific inquiry and related engagement discussions. We do not add you to marketing lists without separate opt-in.

Third parties

Plausible Analytics (cookieless, no personal data), our email provider for inquiry notifications, and our hosting provider. None of them receive your data for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@webxdevelopers.com and we will respond within reasonable time.
