Brand

Brand that earns you the right to charge more.

A logo is not a brand. Positioning is. We do the work that lets you stop competing on price and start competing on being the obvious choice.

Most "branding" projects deliver a logo, a colour palette, and a font, then leave you exactly where you started except poorer. We care about the part that changes your business: where you sit in the buyer's head, and why they should pick you over the cheaper option next to you.

Here is the test we use. If your brand work does not let you raise your prices or close deals faster, it was decoration. We helped a service business reposition from "another agency" to a specific, narrow specialism, and within two quarters they were turning down the price-shoppers and winning the clients who never asked for a discount. The visual identity mattered, but it came second. The positioning did the heavy lifting.

Service business repositioning

from competing on price to turning down price-shoppers, after a reposition to a narrow specialism.

What we do

Positioning and strategy

Working out where you sit in the market and in the buyer's mind. This is the part that actually moves money.

Identity systems

Logo, type, colour, and the rules that keep it consistent. The visual layer, done after the thinking.

Content and thought leadership

The articles, talks, and posts that make you the name people already trust before the first call.

Lifecycle and email

The sequences that turn a new lead into a customer and a customer into a repeat one.

How we work

01

Find the position

Interviews, market look, and honest conversation about where you can credibly win.

02

Build the identity

Design the visual system around the position, so the look backs up the claim.

03

Put it to work

Roll it across your site, content, and sales material so it actually does a job.

04

Keep it consistent

Guidelines and ongoing content so the brand stays sharp instead of drifting over time.

Common questions

Is this just a logo design service?

No. A logo is the smallest part. The work that changes your business is positioning, and we will not skip it to hand you a prettier logo and call the job done.

How do you measure brand work?

By whether it lets you charge more or close faster. If a brand project cannot move one of those, it was decoration, and we would rather not do decoration.

Do I need a rebrand or a reposition?

Usually a reposition, with the visuals following. Many businesses have a fine logo and a muddy position. The position is almost always the real problem.
