What "conversion-first" actually means.

"Conversion-first" is the "synergy" of 2026. Every agency uses it; few can define it. We define it as five tests. A site that fails any of them is not conversion-first, regardless of how it looks.
Test 1 — The 3-second test
A visitor landing cold can name (a) what you do, (b) who it's for, and (c) what to do next — within three seconds of the fold loading.
Test 2 — The qualification test
The primary form pre-qualifies by budget, timeline, and blocker. It shouldn't make it easy to submit garbage.
Test 3 — The proof hierarchy test
Outcomes appear before process. Numbers appear before narrative. Testimonials are attributed, not anonymised.
Test 4 — The mobile test
70% of your traffic is mobile. The CTA is thumb-reachable. The form is short on mobile or chunked into steps. The hero doesn't require 2GB of video to render.
Test 5 — The measurement test
Every CTA, every section entry, every form state fires an analytics event. You don't know what works until you measure. If analytics is "we'll set that up later," the site isn't conversion-first.
