An enquiry cart, because B2B buyers do not check out.

A Dubai office-furniture manufacturer needed a catalogue that takes bulk orders. We built an enquiry cart on Node.js and now run about ₹7 lakh a month of Google Ads into it.

The problem

What was broken

  • A retail checkout makes no sense when the order is 40 chairs.
  • Buyers needed to specify their own quantities before talking to sales.
The work

How we fixed it

  • Proposed an enquiry cart instead of a store: pick products, set quantities, send as one enquiry.
  • No payment step anywhere in the flow.
  • Built on Node.js.
  • Google Ads run against the same pages the sales team relies on.

We did not need another retail-style furniture website. We needed something that understood how B2B buyers actually order. Web X Developers built an enquiry cart where a customer picks products and quantities and sends it all as one enquiry. The site now supports our sales process instead of getting in its way.
